Licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan, I specialize in representing clients across a wide spectrum of property types, including multi-family residential buildings, commercial properties, restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and single-family homes.

My expertise spans both vintage and modern construction, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of diverse building styles and materials. I excel in addressing claims involving building damage, loss of rents, business interruption, personal property, and betterments and improvements. Curt Yearwood | PA, Founder

Founder, Curtis Yearwood has been devoted to assisting lnsured's obtain proper recovery from property damage during his 50 years in the business. His practice includes 15 states nationally, and Australia and New Zealand internationally. He is currently licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Florida.

Mr. Yearwood consults attorneys, property managers, accountants and his peers. During his career he has provided expert witness, appraiser and umpire services.

As a Licensed Public Adjuster in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan and over 40 years of experience with a strong background in restoration work and property management, Mr. Bezanis is the ideal individual to be first on the scene after a property loss.
